Cette cuvée affiche toujours la troublante dualité entre force et finesse, comme si la première se voyait amadouer par la seconde tout en libérant subtilement l’esprit minéral du terroir au final. Un blanc sec tendu comme la corde d’un violon mais respirant sous les douelles boisées d’un élevage précis. Délicieux.
