Tasting notes

Grillo’s colour recalls mature straw yellow with beautiful gold shades, kidnaps the nose with intense flower sensations perfectly mixed to a fruity timbre of citrus and yellow peach, with hints of grass and sweet almonds. Full, rich and deep, has a sapid and balanced palate, always perfectly balanced in terms of freshness

August 2022 (Vintage 2021)

A fragrant nose of peach, jasmine and fresh flowers. Medium-bodied with zippy acidity and some mineral notes that add welcome depth to the bright stone and citrus fruit. So fresh.

August 2021 (Vintage 2020)

Ripe-pineapple and citrus character with a hint of creamy pine nut. Medium-bodied with a well-balanced, smooth palate and a crisp, sprightly fruit and mineral finish.

October 2018

A crisp, medium-weight grillo with plenty of lemon-zest character and a touch of salty minerality at the finish.
