About this winery

In the wild and rugged landscape of the Priorat, a dramatic struggle for survival of the vine is carried out. An unique atmosphere that captures any nature and wine lover. That was what attracted the Cusiné Family, one of the traditional wine families in the region of Penedes. Product notes

Serve at 16ºC. Decant before serving In good conditions of conservation this bottle will develop favorably in the next 10 years

Production notes

Hand harvested., q pre-cold maceration of 7 days at 4ºC. Fermentation is in new French and Hungarian 400 litre barrels for 11 days at 28ºC. Aged for 14 months in new French and Hungarian barrels

Tasting notes

Powerful, with a high quantity of great quality tannins, sweetness and velvety. Mineral notes, especially graphite, excellent acidity and very long aftertaste. Fresh, showing the terroir character.
