Tasting notes

A lifted perfume of citrus. fresh peaches and apricot with lightly honeyed notes. On the palate, citrus and peach with hints of oyster shell minerality, zest and subtle spice flowing through to the finish. A medium bodied, food-friendly wine that pairs well with seafood and shellfish, spicy Asian dishes, soft cheeses, and pasta in creamy sauces.

Very well put together. Concentration of peachy fruit characters on the palate help to carry the length, and the balanced acidity provides a refreshing, herbaceous finish.

Aromas of poached pears, peaches and melon lead to a palate with a fresh, pear and apple core, as well as some gently crispy, chalky texture. A blend of 47% viognier, 29% marsanne, 12% roussanne and 12% clairette.
