Production notes

Hand harvested. The grapes are received at the winery, and after gently crushing the grapes, each variety is cold macerated for the first week to obtain a wine with a silky structure. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at 23ÂșC for 20 days in stainless steel vats. Aged in 2nd, 3rd and 4th year Allier French oak barrels for 7 months. Wine suitable for vegans. Wine made with biodynamic grapes and minimal intervention in the cellar.

September 2023 (Vintage 2019)

A well-balanced and flavorful blend of garnatxa and cabernet. Dark cherries, plums and earth aromas mingle on the nose and follow through to a medium body with creamy tannins. Vibrant with a fruity and chocolaty finish. From organically grown grapes.
