Pirramimma was founded by Alexander Campbell Johnston in 1892 and has been owned and operated by the Johnston family ever since. May 2021

Sumptuous and gratifying, the wine shows dark fruit richness together with vanillin oak, cake spice, tapenade and dark cocoa on the nose. The immensely concentrated palate displays outsanding depth and richness while remaining balanced and harmonius with an impressively long velvety finish.

August 2018 (Vintage 2015)

A sweet, exaggerated style but an undeniably powerful one. This has blackberry jam and fresh, cedary oak laid on, violet-like notes ramping the headiness yet more. Tannin struts through the wine; acid buzzes. It's a whopper with a bit of wow factor.
