The vineyards lay on a bed of limestone soil at an altitude of approximately 700 meters above sea level in the southwest of the province of Valencia.
Organic wine crafted from verdejo grapes grown in Spain since the 11th Century. This crispy wine is plush with exotic aromas and flavours of lime, lemon, and a hint of fennel. Great to be enjoyed as an aperitif or savour withwhite meat, pasta, fish or cheese.
This medium-straw-colored wine offers a bouquet of lemon-lime, pineapple and fennel pollen. Bright citrus and tropical fruit and soft minty flavors harmonize on the palate, joined by notes of dried herbes de Provence and refreshing acidity.
