Tasting notes

Vineyard planted in 1993 and 1996 on an eastern-facing slope. The wines display more richness, roundness, and fullness. The soil contains many rocks, as testimony to the neighboring quarries. A small altar resides here. It was constructed by the domaine team, paying respect to the Bize family.
