Spy Valley Wines is one of Marlborough’s few remaining 100% Kiwi family-owned wine companies, owned and operated by the Johnson family since 1990. The winery is located up the road from a Five Eyes Spy base and is known as one of New Zealand’s most acclaimed producers. Production notes
Harvested at peak flavour maturity from our estate vineyards. Gentle juice extraction, cold settled and fermented in stainless steel tanks with malolactic fermentation.
Tasting notes
Hints of fresh herbs with layers of citrus lime and ginger. Bright and lively with mandarin and green apple flavours. Naturally crafted to be lower in alcohol. A light, refreshing easy choice.
