Production notes

100% handpicked, with 85% whole bunch pressed, and 15% being a “Saignee” of juice immediately drained from handpicked fruit destemmed to vats. A small portion was fermented on solids and in barrels with the remainder undergoing stainless steel tank fermentation.

Tasting notes

Aromas of citrus flower, strawberry and rock-melon. The palate is full of sweet red fruit and cherry flavours with medium bodied structure. The finish is crisp and dry.

March 2022 (Vintage 2021)

Darker rose and pink grapefruit hued appearance leads to aromas of vibrant, fruity and floral bouquet. Youthful and fragrant. Flavours of strawberries and red apple, some fresh red melon and roses touch the palate first followed by textures satin and crispness from a core of fruit and youthful acid line. Balanced, well made and ready to drink from 2021 through 2024.

Sam Kim, July 2020 (Vintage 2019)

This wine is charming and attractively lifted on the nose showing raspberry, nectarine, watermelon and floral notes with a hint of spicy overtone. The palate displays juicy fruit flavours and fine texture well supported by vibrant mouthfeel, finishing lingering and delightfully crisp.

A flinty, tangy rosé that has a neat array of pink fruit, florals and gently creamy notes with freshly picked strawberry and watermelon flavours.
