Fine, pure chardonnay with a great mouth-feel and a silken texture. Not overtly acidic but has enough acidity to make it gently refreshing. Oak is subtle but evident and classy. Restrained wine with underlying power. Mineral, citrus, white peach with a hint of nougat and cashew nut. (Screwcap)
