There is enough post-bottling SO2 present to render the nose difficult to assess. More interesting are the even more mineral-driven middle weight flavors that are tightly coiled and unusually powerful, all wrapped in a sleek yet entirely serious finish that is impressively complex if still youthfully austere. Patience required.
