Notes of raspberry, raspberry leaf and strawberry all intermingle with fresh herbs and herbal bitters. Full-bodied yet vibrant, it is buzzing with freshness and life, and there's a lovely balancing acidity. Powerful and expressive, this has a long, mineral, saline finish and an unmistakable sense of place. Yes, it's a rosé, but it has proved itself to be one of the great wines of the Rhône and deserves to be recognised as such.
