No destemming, aged in demi-muid, a maximum of 10% new oak. The first vintage vinified by Pierre, René’s son. Incredible, soaring, high-toned nose: black peppercorn, rubbed thyme and rosemary, a spellbinding nose. Super-fine tannins, but actually quite loaded for the CôteBlonde, but not overdone. Stays intense and lifted on the palate. Incredible drive and length. This is always a domaine whose wines strongly reflect the vintage - and in 2015, that’s a very good thing. 2022-2039
