Côte Rôtie Fructus Voluptas 2021

- 92 points -

The 2021 Côte-Rôtie Fructus Voluptas was vinified with roughly 33% whole-clusters during fermentation. Made from purchased grapes, it unfurls with glossy red fruits, subtle spiciness and earthy undertones. Grapefruit, menthol and leafy nuances add more layers. Neatly framed by polished tannins and refreshing acidity, the 2021 Côte-Rôtie Fructus Voluptas should drink well right out of the gate.
