Lovely rocky perfume of white peach, lemon zest and flowers; smells sharp. Then crystalline and cutting in the mouth, but with enough stuffing to buffer its rocky minerality and firm acid spine. This parcel benefited from late picking in 2014. Finishes saline and bracing, with an element of mineral energy that reminded me of Chablis.
