Cabernet Franc 2014

- 90 points -

Berries, spicy, fresh. Cabernet Franc and Tinhorn Creek, invariably intertwined. This vintage delivers aromas of red currents, spice, leather and pencil shavings, savoury spices, vanilla and star anise. It is medium-bodied and wonderfully fresh with bouncy red fruit, wild herb and spice flavours. Solid.

About Wine Scores

What is a wine score and how do wine reviewers (I don’t refer to myself as a wine critic, I review wine, I don't criticize it) decide on that score?
A wine score is a numerical rating wine reviewers give to a wine based on a series of elements. Every wine reviewer (or wine critic) has their own method of getting to a conclusive number even if they use similar guidelines to one another.
