Made primarily from four of the thirteen allowable varieties in CNP, here, the more common Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre and Cinsault. The 60-hectares of this 7th generation winegrowers are Demeter certified biodynamic and it is farmed entirely manually.
Impressive intensity, awesome balance and a swaggering aromatic profile.
Black raspberry, black cherries, sarsaparilla, bakers spice, pipe tobacco, bruised violets and sweet vanilla. Ripe yet juicy with liqueur-like potency. It is modern and ripe, sweet, spicy and chocolaty. The finish is long, supple and generous.

About Wine Scores

What is a wine score and how do wine reviewers (I don’t refer to myself as a wine critic, I review wine, I don't criticize it) decide on that score?
A wine score is a numerical rating wine reviewers give to a wine based on a series of elements. Every wine reviewer (or wine critic) has their own method of getting to a conclusive number even if they use similar guidelines to one another.
