Pinot Noir Revana Estate 2016

- 92 points -

Spicy and up-front when first poured, this feels like a pinot for a linebacker. But with air, what seems like girth becomes grounded and focused, with freshness and lift in the flavors. Its mélange of red earth and red fruit is classic for the Dundee Hills, with a complement of oak to bring the wine home. It could use more time to integrate that wood; for the cellar.
