Vestiges of lactic and reduction aromas dominate the nose that should clean up once this has been racked. Otherwise the clean, bright, intense, rich and opulently textured medium weight plus flavors again brim with sappy dry extract, all wrapped in a powerful and palate staining if borderline plodding finish. I suspect that this will gain energy once it has been racked as it also seemed less limpid than the foregoing wines.
