Offering cool climate citrus characteristics like nectarine and honeydew melon, this is an appetising and refreshing Chardonnay with no new oak, allowing the vibrant fruit to shine. It has a wonderful texture thanks to full malolactic fermentation and plenty of time on lees (just one racking during 17 months in used barrels). The finish is saline and citrussy, giving this wine a zesty zippiness. Yes, you can drink it now but it’ll be around for a while.
