A wine that pulls no punches, this is an inspired take on modern, complex chardonnay. It offers up gun metal, flinty lemons and spicy poached pears as well as peach fruits on the nose with a strident dose of stylish oak for good measure. The palate's both rich and refreshing, delivering a wealth of nut-flecked peach-fruit flavors and a satisfyingly fleshy texture.
