Intense sweet cassis fruit, again expressive and very pure. But then darker and more savoury on the palate with a black olive quality. Spicy, firm and peppery. Chewy and firm and rich on the palate but still very fresh. Compact and packed with Cabernet Sauvignon flavour but held in check by the long savoury finish.
