Mid crimson. Very juicy, fresh and 'mineral' but with some sweet oakiness slightly getting in the way of what was undoubtedly very fine fruit. Perhaps this is just a bit too early to enjoy this wine?  I like its sinew and apparent granite chew. Ambitious.
