Saint-Véran En Combe 2016

Much, much tighter and more citrus on the nose than most St-Vérans. I would never have identified the appellation if served this blind. Very dense and smoky with an almost menthol note. Extremely pronounced acidity but good fruit on the mid palate too. Very edgy. Very good.
