Unus 2013

Inky purple crimson. Minty dark fruit on the nose. Very concentrated and pure. Lovely complex blend of the fresh dark fruit and all that savoury quality of black olive. Dark, rich and almost tarry on the nose. Thick, chewy and like a rustic but handsome seducer at the moment. Needs time or food for greater elegance. Extremely complex but the tannins are super-fine grained. Fabulous complexity and freshness. Complex mix of fruit and savoury notes and all in a fine tannic framework.
