Even better, the more limited production 2016 Rasteau Les Argiles Bleues boasts a deep purple color as well as a striking bouquet of dark fruits, damp earth, graphite, and cedarwood. With medium to full body, a layered, nicely focused texture, and a great finish, drink it over the coming 8-10 years. It’s a brilliant wine and the finest example of this cuvée I’ve tasted.
