Maestro 2014

- 93 points -

A five-way blend of Roussanne, Chardonnay, Grenache Blanc, Chenin and Viognier, aged in a mix of eggs, foudres and small barrels, this is mealy and taut with a savoury note from natural fermentation, pear spices, a dash of herbs and a focused, well balanced finish. Drink: 2015-18
