Langhe Nebbiolo 2012

- 91 points -

"The 2012 Langhe Nebbiolo S. Francesco, Fontanazza is a very serious wine, and the most intriguing of these entry-level offerings. Expressive floral notes meld into expressive fruit in an exceptionally polished wine. Over the summer, I tasted the 2012 from tank after all the Barolos and it more than held its own, which is why I can say without hesitation that Voerzio's Langhe Nebbiolo competes favorable with the vast majority of Barolos. It is that good."
