The Market White 2012

- 90 points -

A blend of Pinot Blanc, Gewurztraminer and Bacchus, made by Ann Sperling from her family's 150 year old Okanagan estate. Beautifully scented with aromas of lychee, peach jelly, yellow apples, lemon curd and honeysuckle. The palate is a sweet but refreshing fruit cup of stone fruit, vibrant citrus and is highlighted with fine exotic spice. Lively acidity keeps clean, the finish is long, zesty and mouthwatering. A perfect sipper but also great with holiday turkey and sides or spicy dishes.

À propos de Wine Scores

What is a wine score and how do wine reviewers (I don’t refer to myself as a wine critic, I review wine, I don't criticize it) decide on that score?
A wine score is a numerical rating wine reviewers give to a wine based on a series of elements. Every wine reviewer (or wine critic) has their own method of getting to a conclusive number even if they use similar guidelines to one another.
