100% Sangiovese from vineyards on the hillsides of Lamole. The sandy, silty vineyards are between 550 and 650 metres above sea level, facing west and south-west. The hand-picked grapes are fermented and aged for 10 months in stainless steel tanks before bottling.

The 2021 Chianti Classico Sonocosì is wonderfully dynamic in the glass. It offers tons of Lamole savoriness and minerality married to a core of dark red/purplish fruit. All the elements are so well put together in this somber yet wonderfully expressive Chianti Classico.
