Product notes

This South facing vineyard is a unique location for a Dolcetto, at more than 600 meters of altitude. Thanks to its deep roots, the 45 year old vines which Luigi has rigorously worked to maintain yield perfectly ripened grapes.

Production notes

A single-vineyard Dolcetto from one of the region's best areas for this variety: Montelupo Albese. Rotofermenters are used during fermentation with indigenous yeasts at 27 °C. This wine is aged exclusively in steel to elevate its attractive freshness.

Tasting notes

Intense ruby in colour with aromas of red fruit, blackberry, blueberry, rose, sweet spices. Deep fruity and floral flavours with an almost never-ending finish.
