Hand-picked grapes, whole berry pressing, 100% vinified and aged in oak barrels (228 liters each) for 11 months.
This is not a new Cuvée but it was not sold in France until recently. Most of this Mâcon-Villages is a blend of barrels from Viré-Clessé « La Verchère », Saint-Véran « En Combe », Pouilly-Fuissé « En Carementrant », etc. This is an excellent wine far from the beaten tracks of ordinary plonk ! It is ideal with goat cheese from the Mâconnais.
