Tasting notes
This delicious dry rosé is a blend of mostly Grenache with Syrah and Mourvedre. Pale salmon in color, it is dry and light on the palate. A lovely and pure bouquet with an elegant style and a nice balance of roundness and acidity that seems more Pinot Noir-like than Provence. Smooth and clean with raspberry, wild strawberry and flower notes. Named ‘Biotiful Fox’ for its biodynamic/organic farming methods, and the wild foxes at the estate.
