Notes about product
The 2018 vintage was marked by abundant rain that brought welcome relief to the Provençal vegetation that was able to recover after a particularly dry summer in 2017. The vines flourish in a stony limestone clay soil and find their full expression thanks to certified organic and biodynamic agriculture.
Winemaking notes
Wild yeasts, co-fermentation, temperature control, soft extractions and a short maturing period to preserve the delicacy of the fruit.
Tasting notes
A perfect balance of fruit and spice. Fragrantly aromatic native herbs intermingle with pure, sumptuous fruit.
