Notes about product
Grapes are sourced from vineyards in the communes of Mauves, St-Jean-de-Muzols, Lemps, and Tournon - where the oldest vines in Saint-Joseph are planted, with some dating to the early 1900s.
The grapes are fermented at the estate using indigenous yeasts in barrels and stainless steel tanks, then aged for 15-18 months in French oak barriques.
