June 2018 (Vintage 2016)

An elegant, pure and complex nose features notes of citrus, apple and soft floral hints. There is a beguiling mouth feel to the citrus-inflected middle weight flavors that display outstanding length if not quite the complexity or minerality of the Virandot on the saline and refined finish. Lovely and very Referts.

January 2019

Great intensity on the nose, spicy and mealy showing very nice oak use, but it does not overpower the ripe lemon and clementine fruit. Super-creamy texture. Satisfying power combined with elegance and length.
