Notes about product
The cuvée "Camille" comes from one hectare of vines grown without fertilizers or chemicals in Côte de Py. The vines are 70 years old on average.
Vinified without sulfur or yeasting, nor the use of chemical fertilizers or herbicides. The semi-carbonic maceration lasts 24 days in wooden vats and is followed by a 9-month aging in 216 litre barrels.
