Tasting notes

Crystalline greenish yellow, with highly aromatic citrus fruits accompanied by notes of pears and apples. Young and fresh on the palate with pleasing balanced acidity. A blissful pairing with seafood ranging from mild fish to shellfish, ceviche and crab.

Stark scents of mowed grass and Asian pear are quite exciting and bright.Tarragon and stone fruit are expressive on thepalate. A hint of grapefruit plays into thewine’s high acidity and mineral core.

This sauvignon comes from Isla de Maipo, and although that's far from the cold influence of the Pacific, here it shows a range of delicious flavors of ripe white fruits with a very pleasing creamy texture that's easy to drink. The value for money is excellent.
