Product notes

100% WIlliamette Valley fruit. Low carbon footprint with recyclable packaging. 10 glasses of wine per box. Open and enjoy for 30 days.

Production notes

To capture and showcase this elegant fruit profile, Evolution Pinot Noir is both fermented and aged in stainless steel. A small yet impactful amount of oak staves were submerged in the stainless steel tanks for 3 months during aging. The wine was sampled throughout the aging period to determine when the impact of the staves has reached its critical point and then removed.

Tasting notes

This wine is packed with bright red fruit flavours, heaps of jammyness, a dash of cherry pie, and a hint of toasty oak on the finish. A foodies delight, this wine pairs with darn near everything!

Aromas of cherries, berries, fresh flowers, mushrooms and sweet spices. Medium-bodied with plush tannins and fresh acidity. Wonderfully juicy, fresh and transparent.
