Quinta Sardonia 'Sardón' was aged in a combination of third-year barrels, 1,200-L foudres, concrete eggs and in tanks in order to refine each lot separately. Sardon was aged in oak for 6 months and spent an additional 6 months in concrete tanks to bring out its fresh, fruit-driven side.
Quinta Sardonia Sardón 2016 display an intense & fresh aroma. Notes of red, black and sour cherries with spiced undertones are highlighted. On the palate the wine has a balance of red fruit, acidity and fine, soft tannins finishing with a silky mouthfeel.
