Production notes

Grapes were harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine was aged for 6 months in French and American oak.

Tasting notes

Wonderful aromas of black fruits including cherries and plums are followed by hints of vanilla and violets. The wine is powerful and full-bodied on the palate and it exudes rich flavours of raspeberries, blackberries, and black currants. The notes from the vanilla and sweet spice linger on the long finish.

“Floral and fresh-crushed red fruit notes usher in a lively mouthful of plum, pomegranate and black fig flavors. Tarry and spicy details fill the finish, with green herbal accents. Drink now through 2017”
