Antonio Galloni, Juin 2024 (Millésime 2020)The 2020 Basilica del Cortaccia, 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, is laced with dark cherry, plum, lavender, spice, new leather, licorice and mocha. Sumptuous and bold, with tons of character, the Basilica del Cortaccia is another fine effort from Cafaggio. There's a good deal of richness, but it’s nicely balanced. The 2020 spent 18 months in French oak barrels.
