Octobre 2025 (Millésime 2023)A blend of 85% Sangiovese and 15% Pugnitello, the San Felice 2023 Chianti Classico Borgo opens to a medium-dark garnet color and velvety smoothness. There is a point of sweetness here with dried cherry and blackcurrant. That primary fruit is framed by light spice. This warm-vintage wine falls on the sweet side of the spectrum. It is fermented in stainless steel (the two grapes are worked separately), and the wine ages in Slavonian oak casks for 12 months.
