Notes sur le produit

Harvest 2021 was one out of the box, a winemaker’s dream. Impeccable weather throughout the ripening period led to beautiful disease-free fruit and, combined with warm days and cool nights the resulting flavours and acidity are well balanced. Cooler weather during flowering and a couple of visits from “Jack Frost” led to smaller bunches and lighter crops.

Mars 2022 (Millésime 2021)

Darker rose and pink grapefruit hued appearance leads to aromas of vibrant, fruity and floral bouquet. Youthful and fragrant. Flavours of strawberries and red apple, some fresh red melon and roses touch the palate first followed by textures satin and crispness from a core of fruit and youthful acid line. Balanced, well made and ready to drink from 2021 through 2024.

Sam Kim, Juillet 2020 (Millésime 2019)

This wine is charming and attractively lifted on the nose showing raspberry, nectarine, watermelon and floral notes with a hint of spicy overtone. The palate displays juicy fruit flavours and fine texture well supported by vibrant mouthfeel, finishing lingering and delightfully crisp.

Octobre 2018

A flinty, tangy rosé that has a neat array of pink fruit, florals and gently creamy notes with freshly picked strawberry and watermelon flavours.
