Depuis près de quatre siècles, la famille Trimbach assure la promotion de l’Alsace, de son histoire, de ses terroirs exceptionnels et de ses grands vins. La Maison Trimbach est toujours située à Ribeauvillé et appartient aux deux petits-fils de Frédéric Théodore, Bernard et Hubert.
The aromas are rather shy on the nose—there is just a mere floral whiff. The palate is dry and lets us see subtle varietal aromas: golden peach, a touch of honeysuckle spice, a hint of jasmine, aromatic orange zest. This is a restrained, streamlined and elegant varietal expression.

This is extremely rich and beautiful yet balanced and bright with spice, aniseed and dried orange. Full-bodied and flavorful. Delicious. All in balance. All the production of Trimbach's gewurz went into this.
