November 2019 (Vintage 2011)

This cuvée is a tribute to the partnership between the James Bond producers and the Bollinger house. Made from 100% Pinot Noir sourced in the Marne valley, the bouquet is elegant and fresh, with notes of fresh fruit and pastry. It's tense and straight, with a moderately firm palate showing some delicate iodine notes. Dosage: 4g/l.
