The grapes for this vintage come from South-facing vines planted in the 1960s, sitting on 1.6 hectares of land with silty-limestone soil. The winery uses organic and biodynamic agricultural practices.
Grapes are hand harvested before fermentation/maturation for 12 months, using 5-15% new oak barrels.
