Surrounded between abrupt cliffs and rocky spur, the village of Saint Romain is one of the fiefdoms of the Celtic and Gallo-Roman vineyards. This wine is the result of the blend of old vines from "Combe Bazin" and " Sous Roches ". Although it is among the last plots acquired by the domaine, they were already grown in organic farming with soils ploughed and ideal to produce Chardonnay in its whole liveliness.
