Grown on clay soils in the Agrelo, Lujan de Cuyo vineyards at 930m/3051 ft elevation (high density).
Pressed and put in barrels that consisted of 10% new and 90% used oak.
Wild yeast was used during fermentation. The wine was aged for 17 months, 20% under veil (225liter barrels).
